Columbine High School Shooting

Columbine High School Shooting is one of the worst school massacre in history. On April 20, 1999 the school day started off just as a normal school day at Columbine High School in Jefferson County, Colorado. At 11:10 Eric Harris and Dylan Klebolt arrive separately at school. They have made bombs to go off at exactly 11:17. The bombs enough to kill 500 students in the cafeteria. The bombs didn't go off. Eric and Dylan go inside the school and starts shooting at 11:19. When they go inside the cafeteria a teacher, Dave Sanders tells everyone to get under the tables. They shoot at the teacher. The teacher eventually dies from the bullet wound. After they leave the cafeteria they go into the library and tell anyone with a white cap on to stand up. They were targeting anyone who played a type of sport. The library is where most of the shooting took place. They went around shooting under any tables.  Most people say the shooting lasted 45 minutes. After the shooting was over Dylan Klebolt and Eric Harris took their own lives by shooting their selves. After the shooting Eric and Dylan killed a total of 12 students and 1 teacher and 23 people were wounded. The people that were killed are Cassie Bernall, Lauren Townsend, Rachel Joy Scott, Kelly Fleming, Steve Curnow, Corry DePooter, Matt Ketcher, Kyle Velasquez, John Tomlin, Daneil Rohrbough, Isaiah Shoels, and Coach Dave Sanders. Columbine High School and the people that were killed will never be forgotten.
